Shipping policy
We aim to keep our postage prices down so we charge £3.00 for all orders. All orders over £40 have free delivery. Delivery is within the UK only at present.
Your order is very special to us and we know you want to receive it without delay. We aim to dispatch your order to you within two working days, as all our printed items are handmade to order, but please allow a few extra days during busy times.
We dispatch via a 2-3 day delivery service.
We currently proudly use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries. If you (or your recipient) are not home to accept the delivery, then Royal Mail will normally aim to leave your purchase in a safe place, or leave you a card to advise where you can collect your order from.
If you place a large order, or require a guaranteed delivery date, then we might use one of the next day carriers for this, such as UPS or DPD, but we will normally advise you of the tracking number when we dispatch so you can track the delivery to your door.
